Q: How do I install a macOS app?

After downloading the `.dmg` file, double-click to open it, then drag the app icon into the Applications folder to complete installation:

Q: macOS says “App downloaded from the Internet.” What should I do?

All apps are signed and notarized by Apple for security. When you see the message “App downloaded from the Internet,” simply click Open to proceed:

Q: Which systems are supported?

All apps are designed for macOS (Intel and Apple Silicon).
It’s recommended to use macOS 12 or later for the best compatibility and performance.

🪪 License & Purchase

Q: When does the license period start?

Your license becomes active immediately after purchase, starting from the payment time.
If you renew before expiration, the new license duration will extend automatically — no time is wasted.

Q: Can I refund or transfer a license key?

License keys are one-time digital goods and cannot be refunded or transferred once issued.
If your payment succeeded but no key was generated, please contact me for help.

⚙️ Usage & Privacy

Q: Can I use the app without a license key?

Yes. For example, Vega’s core features (local translation and text summarization) are fully free.
A license only extends generation length and improves contextual output.

Q: Does the app upload my data to the cloud?

No. All processing and data storage happen entirely on your device.
Except for license verification, everything runs locally — no login required, full offline support.

Q: What happens when the license expires?

When expired, all core functions remain available, but the generation length reverts to the free limit (e.g., 256 tokens).
Entering a new license key instantly restores the extended features — no reinstallation needed.
